I am currently working on a series of illustrations catered to the advanced colorist and themed around flora, fauna, and femininity.

I started developing this style of illustration about two years ago, and I created this collection of illustrations for family and friends. I love working in this purposefully unfinished and painterly style, and I was inspired by photos of my niece and all the beautiful pictures my friends share of their children on social media. I got a wonderful response to these illustrations, and I now offer custom portraits through my Etsy Shop in this style.

This was originally one of the sketches for the BJ's Tatonka beer label. He was a little too burly and detailed to fit with the developed style, but I thought he was awesome and I didn't want to hide him in a sketchbook. I decided to finish illustrating him just for my own portfolio.

For this little side project, I wanted to show the mind as an industrial machine, and to illustrate the complexity of the creative thought process.

This illustration was (in part) one of the numerous concepts for the BJ's Berryburst Cider label. She didn't make the final cut, but I thought she was special. I decided to do my own version of this illustration for my portfolio.

Portraits and avatars are always a treat. The Saputo Design team came up with a very clean and modern design style for Ampla, and for one of their pamphlets, they needed portraits to introduce the Ampla team. Instead of using photography, we used illustration to fit better with the modern design style.

For this project, we created a library of illustrations to be used as a part of the Alorica brand. These illustrations are used for the company's website, print materials, and promotional motion graphics videos. Our client wanted something more interesting, modern, youthful, and cool than the average stock illustrations that are typically available. We created a cast of characters to represent the type of people that work for Alorica, including avatars modeled after some of the staff. The illustrations represent Alorica's core values: passion, performance, and possibilities. There were well over a hundred illustrations for this project; these are just a few of my favorites.

This hand-lettered poster was a side project for my portfolio. I love the song "Blue Skies" and I had some illustrations of bluebirds that needed a home.

I love working on icons; they are simple, stylistically versatile, and informative which is what also makes them challenging. I have done many icons for different companies; here are a few examples of icon projects I have worked on.

This design was hand-lettered and hand-painted as a gift for the girl who rents me my studio. Between the main house and my studio, we are a female dominated community (down to the dogs), and the main house is commonly referred to as "The Babe Cave".

This hand-lettered, hand-painted design is currently available on my Society 6 Shop. When it seemed like all my friends started making babies, I decided that this would give my friends (and everyone else from my generation who are also new parents) a good giggle.

This little piece was hand-lettered and hand-painted as a baby gift for my newborn niece. Her parents are both world travelers and adventurous people, and I knew that their daughter would be a natural born explorer.
